The use of Bitmaps
Bartenders associate and find logo's much faster than buttons with simple
text.
Why? Using the text approach, in order to find the Amstel
button, a bartender must "read" all the buttons. We can set
it up either way, but knowing that the use of Bitmaps increases a Bartender's
speed, that's the method we prefer and so should you.
