We are pleased to announce that Broadway Lunch Restaurant in Schenectady has purchased a Digital Dining POS system. This is not our first project with owners Steve and Vicky Arrington. Team Howard supported a Panasonic POS system at one of their previous restaurants, Romano’s in Clifton Park. Romano’s replaced their Panasonic POS system in 2002 with a Micros 2700 POS system they had purchased from Team Howard. Steve & Vicky sold the Romano’s location to a developer in 2004.

Don’t be fooled by their size, Broadway Lunch is a popular restaurant. Steve and Vicky are great hosts, providing great food, and they seem to know all of their customers by name. Broadway Lunch went from a hand written dupe system to a three terminal Digital Dining POS system. Because this was such a big transition, they trained on the POS for three weeks before going live.

The Digital Dining POS system at Broadway Lunch consists of (3) ELO 15” LCD Touchscreens, (3) Epson thermal printers, and (1) Epson kitchen printer. Broadway Lunch also purchased the credit card module to process their credit cards through the POS system.
