Prime at Saratoga National Golf

We are pleased to announce that Team Howard has installed a Digital Dining POS system at Prime at Saratoga National. Prime at Saratoga National is operated by local restaurateur Angelo Mazzone. Angelo Mazzone also uses the Digital Dining POS system at Angelo's 677 Prime on Broadway in Albany, NY and at Aperitivo Bistro, 426 State Street in Schenectady, NY.

The decision to replace the existing Micros 3700 POS system came almost immediately after Angelo became involved with Saratoga National Golf. Angelo's team has had a chance to work with both POS systems and they clearly understand the advantages that Team Howard and Digital Dining bring to the table.

The Digital Dining POS system installed at the Prime at Saratoga National consists of eight traditional 15" LCD Touchscreens and four Handheld units. The Handheld units will be used mostly on the new Veranda that was recently completed and in the Pro Shop. The Handheld units allow table servers to order drinks and food while remaining at the table. This has a tremendous impact on service. Product arrives to the table much faster when using a Handheld ordering system. Additionally, the Handhelds enable Prime at Saratoga National to offer Pay-At-The-Table. Diners who pay by credit card feel more secure when their credit card never leaves their sight. The Handheld ordering system offered by Team Howard and Digital Dining has too many benefits to list here. The new Veranda is an incredible place to enjoy a meal and cocktail all while exposed to the beauty of Saratoga National's Golf course. The restaurant and newly expanded patio is open everyday.
